A specially made room where singles or couples (per rules) can stay a few nights or for tourists visiting our guest house using any ‘tourist package’ shown on the homepage menu or even purchase the studio flat freehold as their own (foreign investment welcome). This unique feature is readily available for all guests & property purchasers and booking should be in advance (minimum 48hrs). Property purchasers can visit and view by appointment and a visiting fee is chargeable (200/-) as there are many in-genuine time wasters and sorts, making false claims (post Covid).

Purchasers may visit the site for a sample showcase studio already constructed, fully furnished now @ a low price of only, 11lakhs till August 2026.
