** We take pride in giving our customers a ladies only Salon in a good clean environment away from city life, on the National Highway 54 about 16km from Bathinda, 6km from Goniana Mandi, free onsite parking, shop and trained staff.

Salon Service Rules
1.
You can only attend the salon by appointment, by calling us personally during office hours, us email, WhatsApp Group + form. This chat group is for Salon Services Only.

2.
Appointments must be gained by filling in our WhatsApp Business form joining our Group or via the Net.

3.
Without appointment you will be have to pay an extra 200/- admin charge + service charge of your choice service at the salon.

4.
Appointments can be made AM (9-1pm) or PM (2-4pm). We usually take lunch (1-2pm).

5.
All our services are provided using basic products and if a customer requires services using their ‘named products’ these will be charged separately.

6.
The customer can also buy and bring their own products to the salon, which we will use for their service.

7.
You can purchase food & drink from the shop on site.

8.
Family accompanying customers have a seating area to use, while we provide the service.

9.
We accept cash & GPay only @present. Online banking payments will be available sometime early next year.

10.
You are responsible for all your personal belongings on site & the salon. We accept no liability for Any loss theft or breakage or missing items.

11.
We do not offer personal Home services where you live or have property business, as advised by the Police & legal services.

12.
Regular group customers can ask us about discounts, special offers on celebration days like birthdays, parties, public holidays, weddings or engagements or camps. More than 5 services per month will auto get a 10% discount final week of month.

13.
If you are qualified in salon services have the necessary experience or training you are welcome to join our salon, work gain income from customers you bring to the salon. We take a variable % fee from your service charge, depending on time, products used & service requested by customer.

14.
We have no employment to offer or salary or pay anyone who wishes to join our salon. We only operate in partnership.

15.

We are entitled to amend change alter or disregard any “service rule above” without Notice. That means prices or services can decrease or increase per demand.

ਸੈਲੂਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਯਮ
1. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਦਫ਼ਤਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਈਮੇਲ, WhatsApp ਗਰੁੱਪ + ਫਾਰਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ। ਇਹ ਚੈਟ ਸਮੂਹ ਕੇਵਲ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
2. ਸਾਡੇ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਂ ਨੈੱਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਡੇ WhatsApp ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਫਾਰਮ ਲਿੰਕ: https://whatsform.com/kgm_hi
3. ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਵਾਧੂ 200/- ਐਡਮਿਨ ਚਾਰਜ + ਸਰਵਿਸ ਚਾਰਜ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
4. ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤਾਂ AM (9-1pm) ਜਾਂ PM (2-4pm) ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ (1-2pm).
5. ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਗਾਹਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ‘ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ’ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
6. ਗਾਹਕ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਤਪਾਦ ਖਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
7. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਈਟ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।
8. ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਵਰਤਣ ਲਈ ਬੈਠਣ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
9. ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ @present ਨਕਦ ਅਤੇ GPay ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
10. ਸਾਈਟ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਲੂਨ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋ। ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਜਾਂ ਗੁੰਮ ਆਈਟਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
11. ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਲਾਹ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
12. ਨਿਯਮਤ ਸਮੂਹ ਗਾਹਕ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ, ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ, ਜਨਤਕ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ, ਵਿਆਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਰੁਝੇਵਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਛੋਟਾਂ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ 5 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਮ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ 10% ਦੀ ਛੋਟ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
13. ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਹੈ, ਸਾਡੇ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਹੈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਆਮਦਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੋ। ਅਸੀਂ ਗਾਹਕ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ, ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਚਾਰਜ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ % ਫੀਸ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
14. ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਸੈਲੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਜਾਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
15. ਅਸੀਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ “ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਯਮ” ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਜਾਂ ਅਣਡਿੱਠ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮੰਗ ਘਟ ਜਾਂ ਵਧ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
