Q1. Are you interested in operating your own ‘beauty salon’ in your home or village in rented premises? Ans: If yes, then you need to book one of our courses and get professional training to upgrade your skill base, knowledge and your own business options. We can also support your business by considering our franchise package.

Q2. Can we become a trainer in your academy? Ans: Yes of course. You can bring your clients from around the villages give them training per our standards and courses, charge your fees from the different courses. We will take a negotiated ‘commission’ for each student,  you train in our academy. This is a partnership enterprise, in future when the academy is well established we will consider salaried staff, based on your length of service and commitment with us.

Q3. Is joining the academy free for trainers or beauticians? Ans: No, initially all trainers & beauticians must pay a non-refundable joining fee (1500/-) . You are required to give a practical test of your skills on joining,  we check for, your previous experience, skill base, resume, certification, documentation, have a formal interview session.  Make an appointment here: Link

Q4. Is transport provided for beauticians and trainers working @ the salon or academy? Ans: No, you will need a scooty petrol or EV or car, licensed and insured. As the academy progresses and your commitment is assured we may subsidize your fuel costs.

Q5. Can we wear what we please to work as ‘beautician or trainer’? Ans: No. Both have different roles and responsibilities, so naturally we do not wish to confuse staff, customers, clients or third parties visiting the site. We will cover half (1/2) the cost of x2 uniforms both summer winter.  

Q6. Do we need to provide our own materials for the salon or academy? Ans: No, the materials used in the salon are covered by the customer / client, we secure our service charges for all the preparations applications requested by the customer / client. Basic products used in the academy will normally be provided to the trainers, but clients used for the up-skills / training / practice will pay a reduced recovery charge, as realistically no business can give free products or  services.
